Sometimes! Our locksmiths will carry a range of locks and fittings in their vans, so if we have something compatible we can carry out a replacement on the same day. However, there may be some cases where we need to order in new parts to complete the job. We’ll let you know if this happens and give you an estimated date for when we can carry out the work.
We accept Visa Debit, Mastercard, Cash and BACS payments. For services, you’ll need to make an advance payment of 50% before we commence work. You’ll be invoiced for the rest upon completion.

In many cases, we can open a lock without having to break anything. However, there will be some times where a more destructive approach is required. Most often, these are emergency cases. We’ll keep you informed if this happens, and only proceed with your express permission.
